The location of the accommodation was great, with easy access to the surroundings. the staff was helpful and kind. the facilities, especially for kids, were really nice and fun.
The cleanliness of the bungalow was disappointing, with dirty floors and a nauseating smell. There were not enough utensils for the guests and maintenance could be improved.

The swimming pools and outdoor facilities were enjoyable. We appreciated that there were many pools and slides, all in good condition. the park was located near a beautiful lake and had ample green space for a picnic. We also liked that there was free parking available.
The mobile homes were quite old and lacked basic amenities such as heating. We were uncomfortable at night and had trouble sleeping due to the cold.

The natural surroundings of the hotel are really nice and provide opportunities to enjoy lake, bike rides, and other attractions. the indoor water park of the hotel has a great atmosphere and competent workers. the hot water is also functioning well.
The restaurant staff is not professional and customer service in the swimming pool cafeteria is disappointing, as it is unprepared to handle busy times and causes inconvenience to visitors.

The location of the hotel was excellent, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the outdoor lake and beach, which were great for relaxation. The staff were very friendly and created a cozy atmosphere throughout our stay.
There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience. it would have been convenient to be able to rent towels rather than having to bring our own.

The nature surrounding the campsite is beautiful, with lots of greenery and a nice lake with a beach. The children enjoyed activities like swimming in the lake, using the pool, and going on bike rides. Certain pool workers were friendly and competent. The Reëenchalet we stayed in was brand new and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop had good prices and the fresh donuts and cheese buns were delicious. as foreign tourists, we enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient for our travel plans.
Felt immediately at home, no complaints.
